    As someone who has struggled with self-doubt and depression, I have found this book to be very helpful. What I appreciated most about it was how relatable it was. The author, Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, shares her own personal journey of overcoming adversity and finding inner peace, which makes her advice feel all the more authentic and valuable. I love the breathing exercises and meditation that Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim recommends to integrate into one’s daily routine. Whether you’re struggling with self-doubt, anxiety, or simply seeking to improve your overall well-being, this book provides a roadmap for personal growth and transformation.

    This book helped me a lot. I especially like how the author gave real examples from her life and explained how to apply them to the barriers in my life to be able to break through to awesome in my own life. Also, does a great job of explaining things in a way that are easy to understand.

    This book emphasizes setting clear goals and developing self-discipline. I’ve always been able to set work goals, but goals for myself haven’t been important to me. I thought that was just the way I am, no big deal, I’ll keep on dreaming. But from reading this, I discovered that the truth is that I don’t have self-discipline! I learned that I need to care for myself enough to follow through to achieve what I want. It was also very helpful for me to read the author’s personal stories, and how she overcame so many things! I understand why she always says, He Can Do, She Can Do, Why Not Me!

    One area in my life that Grandmaster Kim has helped me with this book is in the area of LOVE; more specifically, learning to love myself. I spent way too many years of my life looking for love outside of myself, from other people. I lived in misery (of my own making) wondering why no one loved me. Grandmaster Kim helped me to recognize that I needed to love myself FIRST, and through this book, I discovered that I didn’t love myself at all. The journey to find Self Love has been long and challenging, but following Grandmaster Kim’s teachings and advice in this book, I have found my own happiness in who I am.
    This book is easy to read and digest, and the pearls of wisdom are very powerful. I highly recommend it to anyone who has ANY questions about yourself, your life, your journey and your purpose in this world!
