WHAT IS INCREASED ENERGY?
An important universal law of physics states that energy cannot be created or destroyed. It can only change from one form to another. Light can change to heat, for example; heat can turn into mechanical work; love can manifest into friends cooperating in harmony. All the energy in the universe already exists (it does not increase), and is available to you right now. So when we talk about increasing your energy, we are really talking about how you can make more of your natural energy more accessible to you. You can learn to purify your energy so that you create greater freedom and happiness.
