Here is an excerpt from my book, Seven Steps to Inner Power:
“Moving with your Body and Mind as One is a moving meditation.
You may ask, “If that’s what a moving meditation is, what about when I’m balancing my checkbook, or cleaning house, or building a cabinet?” If so, you have grasped my meaning. Yes, these things, too, can be moving meditations if they are carried out in the spirit of Body and Mind as One. Any activity that brings you into a deeper communion with your real self is a moving meditation, whether it’s playing the piano, walking in the woods, smelling flowers in the garden—whatever gives you this peaceful unity. In fact, the goal in Jung SuWon is to make our whole lives a moving meditation, a process where at all times we move as One with our Silent Master, thereby creating harmony, peace, right action, and everything that could be called love right where we are, right now! Jung SuWon physical training is really life training. We use the physical form as a training ground to grow and develop so that we master all areas of our lives.”
