How are you doing?  Are you having any communication challenges?  Remember, we are in a strong VOID time.  That means the challenges and difficult times WILL happen.
It’s how you DEAL with the issues that is the most important thing. Do you let the stress get to you?  raise your blood pressure?  cause you to overeat?  punch a wall?
Instead, breathe deeply.  Inhale through your nose, all the way down to your tanjun area, about 2 inches below your belly button. Hold.  Then exhale slowly through your mouth.  Don’t make any noise when you breathe out.  Do this a few more times.
When you know the punch is coming, you can prepare yourself for it.  So don’t let the communication challenges phase you!  Acknowledge this VOID Energy time and then let it go.
