"Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" (Mathew 6:27).  How much energy do you invest in this emotion each day?  How many hours do you devote to this mindset instead of productive and positive thinking and actions?  What is gained by worrying other than stress and inaction?  Instead devote your mind space and energies into solutions for your concerns.  If what worries you is beyond your control, then direct your thinking towards the things you DO have control of.  Show and share your "SPARK" with the world and the people around you!  Enthusiasm and creativity are excellent replacements!  Shine today!
