Have you identified the "habits" that are holding you back from making NEW things happen in your life? It is critical that you identify these habits and don't gloss over them with the idea that your already know them. Point them out, write them down, acknowledge and address them directly. The fact that these things are titled "habits" means that you have been nurturing them for an long time and more than likely have become very comfortable with them. So if you expect and desire a result, be definitive and be specific. Fresh new experiences and achievements are at your fingertips!
